My name is Robert Payne. I am the owner of Alpine Construction & Remodeling LLC. Alpine has been in business since 2016 but I’ve been working in carpentry and the trades most of my life. I grew up in Seattle (with a short stint in San Diego) working alongside my dad and uncles (all tradesmen themselves) where I learned the value of hard work, honesty, integrity, and accountability. I’ve always loved the trades and have an intense respect for the folks that make a living with their hands. I graduated from the University of Washington with a BA in history and have a master’s degree in education from Western Washington University. I am also a licensed Career and Technical Education (CTE) instructor with emphasis in carpentry and construction. I am married to a high school science and engineering teacher and have four incredible children. When not working, you can find me in the outdoors, at a Seattle Kraken game, reading, cooking or in the saddle of my Harley Davidson exploring the American landscape.
